Server three, server one, server four.. pokerist what's the score?!

You're playing along, winning chips, laughing with friends.. Then BAM out of nowhere, you go to sit back at your table, and everyone has left! You think to yourself, did I down that last shot a little too quickly? Have I lost wifi? Hhmm, maybe if I log out and log back in that will fix it?! No my friends... YOU HAVE GONE TO POKER JAIIIILLLLL!

Hey, I'm with you on this one.. Jail, for an on line card game? Yes my lovely's poker ... Stinkin..... Jail! You lose your friends and are sent to purgatory for however long the Poker Po Po think you should be there. And ohhhh no, no making new friends over there, let it be known, you are in solitary confinement. And please, don't even think about drinks, toilet paper throwing at the loser lotto player and forget sending a kiss to the cutie on the other side of the table... Nah ah.. No VIP, no gifts and noooo goodies for you! You could have had a full month of VIP left, consider it gone, you're a pleb now! Though they are gracious enough to leave you with all of your chips... Minimum bet of course is a cool million! Thanks, infact, you might as well take them too!

Whilst I'm here, I went to change my location.. Ye no! Can't do that. So went looking for help, ye no! No help!

Pokerist, what is it you can do outside of taking our chips, send us to poker po po, and take away our freebies!? We want answers god damn it!!??

    Sick of Pokerist. Have sent them numerous messages with no reply. My friend helped me out after I was scammed and Pokerist decided to send me to jail (put me on a different server). Now I can't play poker with any of my friends. Pokerist, you are a bunch of as..les!!!

    I to appear to be in 'Jail' no warning, no selling chips or even sending people chips. Yesterday I had a very up and down day and won and lost a lot and that appears to be enough! Now no longer able to invite freinds, play on anything but big tables. No warning or anything just Bamm in jail, also havnt had a winning or even decent hand in 100 hands, stupid things like I have A/k full house and they will have KKKK. What can I do???????

    Hi Guys, this is Syndi (LadyCharm).

    It appears to be permanent! There is NOTHING they will do about it. I emailed them at Http://pokerist.com/support.

    I read over their legal-ese'd license agreement. It is very 'specific.' Here's what you do! Forget the chips, just go make a 'new' account by: 1.) making a new simple email, like a GMAIL or HOTMAIL. then 2.) go make a new facebook account. 3.) make a new COMMENT in the old jail account saying see my new acct: "X" 4.) Go log in and begin playing.

    Now, most important, you can still at the very 'least' chat with the original people you were friends with in the old account, and you can "ALSO" be invited to games by them still. KEEP that account logged in and OPEN whenever someone wants to invite you, then just go as invited. Next, what you do is tell them to friend your new account, and then reinvite you. Finally, screw all the gifts and prestige from old account, those can be 'replaced.'

    Lastly, let's get this straight. Who CARES about the chips they're STUCK in jail and there's no way to xfer them to someone on the "OUTSIDE." I have 95 millions there sitting there on old account, staring at me everytime I go look at it.

    Screw it! Here's what you do, go to 9chips.com or some other VERY cheap site, buy some more for your new account and be DONE with it. 9chips.com last i looked was 8$ for 100millions.

    I hope this helps guys, because this really 'broke' my heart, especially when I didn't do anything but go all in with my $50 million and 2 other people went all in at $25 mill apiece and I had a straight, and bam. I won! Next day? purgatory!

    Now, this is what Pokerist GETS us taking our chips purchases ELSEWHERE!

    Finally, the whole hassle of going through the withdrawal of my 'addiction' to the site, really irked my weekend, i can really tell ya!

    What I'd say is, someone needs to make a 'clone' of that site, and call it Pokerist Power or Pokerist on Steroids or something, but make all the 'freedoms' that a casino or anywhere in life would give for a "PLAY" money pokersite, instead of all this legal b.s.

    Pokerist can bite chunks. See you guys! Love n HUGGZ!

    Funny thing is I never did a freakin' thing wrong or know of... 1st server 2 - then server 3 --- The other day all of a sudden I was back on server 1, great,wonderful... Then I thought about it, and said to myself I better see if this is for real... Redid Pokerist and back to server 3... I guess a slight he-cup with the server...

    This sucks, I E'ed them and they said they would look into it but it was just auto-E they send out... They never look into it... IF they did I would be back on server 1...

    Here's what I think I did wrong... I made a lot of $$ 4B and I like playing in the 250/500 blind and I think they me to play in the 1M/2M Blind ... I don't like the mega game, so to Purgatory ...

    Now they refunding money they have previously taken..............great news i hear you say?!?.....sadly not cos they have blocked all those accounts and so now you cant sit at any table and all your friends have been blocked/removed.....who knows maybe they are setting up a server 4 but there customer service is shockingly bad i only wish i had some lawyers in my family to see how legal it is for them to sell you chips then take away at there will when they feel like doing so!!

    simple - i you really want to giver them grief have a campaign to tell Apple to remove their app from the Apple App store. If they are behaving illegally then Apple have no choice but to remove them. I have an account with 47.4 BILLION and now can't play. I get the message "tables not found" and can't access my account. I've sent support 3 emails all of which have been ignored.

    Yesterday, myself and a lot of people including many of my friends were all sent to another server where we can't play with or see when our friends in the old server are online. Over the course of a little over a year, I accumulated 6.5 billion chips and never went to a side table to give or receive chips from others. I followed the rules. Today those of us who were moved to the other server noticed that all our gifts and property were taken away. Why? What's with this site? What did we do to deserve this?.

    Its a scam. I have 4 accounts. In one account, suddenly my chips were wiped out. The other account is sent to jail server. Third account never wins whatever be the cards. So, I am left with one working account which may be punished sooner or later. Have not broken any rules yet.
    Best thing is to stop playing this game and switch to some other alternatives like Zynga.

    They took 250 mil from me on March 9, 2016...took another 300 mil 2 weeks later and put me in jail and make it so I can only play on 5 mil tables. I created another account and last night, I bought 100 mil in chips....logged off with 67ish mil left. This morning I have 4.9 k. They have taken over 500 mil from me. They don't answer your emails either and when they do, it's with a canned answer. I have threatened them with a lawyer as well...
